1001 Nights Taster Break GiveawayTerms and Conditions

1. The 1001 Nights - The Free Taster Break Giveaway ("the Giveaway") is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.
2. The Giveaway is not open to employees or agencies of Potters Leisure Limited ("PLL"), its group companies, their family members or anyone else connected to the Giveaway.
3. Registration into the Giveaway signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. To register for the Giveaway, complete the registration form at www.pottersholidays.com/lovefilm. All fields must be completed in order to be successfully registered.
5. The Giveaway is only available to new guests as an introduction to Potters Leisure Resort. Anyone who has visited Potters Leisure Resort before, either as part of a previous booking or as a visitor will be exempt from the offer. This offer cannot be used against an existing booking or by anyone with an existing booking.
6. The Giveaway is subject to promotional rate availability.
7. PLL reserves the right to withdraw, amend or change this offer at any time and without prior notice.
8. The Giveaway will include Full Board, from dinner on arrival to breakfast on day of departure; the use of a vast selection of sport and leisure facilities (though a few facilities will require supplementary charges, please see Potters full terms and conditions for further details); live theatre entertainment; late night entertainment; Bungalow accommodation.
9. Bungalow Plus and Hotel accommodation upgrades supplements apply.
10. The dates of available Free One Night Taster Breaks are at the discretion of PLL.
11. Breaks offered to winners are non-transferrable and carry no cash value equivalent.
12. Any Break extensions made to the Free One Night Taster Break will be charged at the full Short Break rates. Break charges vary and will be advised at the time of booking.
13. Winners will be notified by email, with a follow up telephone call to confirm details, booking dates and names of guests on the booking.
14. By registering for the Giveaway you are giving permission to PLL to email you with details of Breaks and occasional offers. Your data is treated with the utmost care and we will never sell or give details of your data to any third parties. You can unsubscribe from this email communication at any time by following the unsubscribe links on individual emails. 15. The Competition is governed by English law.
