Big Bands Breaks

Recapture the sounds and memories of the 1940's with classic Big Band sounds at Potters. Each year, Potters hold a range of Big Band Breaks in June and September, recreating fabulous dances with talented musicians and singers.

Past Big Band names have included The New Squadronaires, Chris Smith and his String of Pearls, The Syd Lawrence Orchestra, The Joe Loss Orchestra and the incredible Glenn Miller Orchestra.

Big Band Breaks at Potters are not just about the music. There are plenty of additional activities included in a Big Band Break, including social dancing and tuition in Ballroom and Latin. Plus, take advantage of a busy entertainment program and wide range of inclusive sport and leisure facilities and daytime.
