Palms Health and Fitness Club

Palms Health & Fitness Club is the perfect environment to switch off and take some time out. With facilities including 2 Indoor Pools, Sauna, Steam Room, Cardio-Vascular Gym, Techno Gym and Weights Room, Sound Therapy Chairs, Aqua Massage Beds, Relaxation Chairs and Vertical Tanners.

Residents of Potters Leisure Resort are welcome to use all the facilities for free, although a small charge is applied for Cardio-Vascular Gym Inductions and the use of Vertical Tanning Units.

Please note: children must vacate the complex no later than the time (stated in the children's swim times above) There is a 30 minute call out from the gym and a 15 minute call out from the swimming pool.

Full Time Corporate Membership (minimum of 6 people) - access all opening hours

• 6 Members - £105 per quarter (per member)
• 12 Members - £97.50 per quarter (per member)
• 18 Members - £90 per quarter (per member)

Facilities

Start with a relaxing back and shoulder massage using our Kinjoy Massage Chair followed by the use of our Upright Tanning Cubicle in a relaxing area by the pool. (Sound Therapy Chair also available, if tanning not chosen).
You may then use our sauna with hidden heater and light therapy where you can choose red, green, blue or yellow light to enhance your sauna session followed by an ice cold shower! The experience continues with use of our two swimming pools or steam cabin. Then lay back on our new pool loungers where you will be served a complimentary hot drink.

Continue your session:

Continue your session by using the most up to date Hydrotherapy Spa with warm soothing water massage jets, massaging you from your ankles to your shoulders. Relieve that everyday stress and strain with your choice of Spa Essence in the water. The Spa has above water and underwater colour changing fibre optic lighting and a water geyser in the middle of the spa for that special night time experience. The Spa has a built in surround sound stereo where you can listen to relaxation music to help further enjoy your relaxation session.

If you have a group of 12 or more friends, business colleagues or team members wanting to celebrate a birthday, hen party or corporate night. Why not spend a Saturday or Sunday night relaxing in our swimming pool, sauna room, steam room, whirlpool, upright tanner, massage chairs, aqua massage bed and the hydrotherapy spa.

The facilities will be available from 7.00pm until 11.00pm with a Hot or Cold buffet being served from 9pm. You will be also be served a hot or cold drink during the evening.

A maximum of 3 children per adult will be allowed in the Health Club at any one time.  If any of the children are non-swimmers the following National Guidelines apply, as issued by the Health & Safety Commission:

Age restrictions and numbers of children will be strictly limited to 2 per adult if non-swimmers, and if under the age of 5: one adult to one child regardless of swimming ability.

All children must be accompanied by members when using the swimming pools and badminton courts (this facility is only available when booked and arranged by Palms Reception on liaison with the main sports and equipment shop on the day of play)
