It is those little extras that come naturally to our friendly but professional Team; helping a Guest who cannot find their way to an activity or just one of our Team Members taking the time to talk to you about your holiday. Our aim, is to provide the best experience available in our business and whilst we are proud to have been the only recipients to date of the five star rating under the ‘Holiday Village’ category operated by ‘Visit Britain’ – we prefer to judge ourselves by the comments and compliments received from our most important judges – you, our Guests.
