With over 400 staff within the Potters Team we are dedicated to providing an informal but outstanding service to each and every Guest. With the continual investment in the Resort over many years the Potters Team are proud of their facilities and eagerly await the opportunity to welcome and entertain you.

It is those little extras that come naturally to our friendly but professional Team; helping a Guest who cannot find their way to an activity or just one of our Team Members taking the time to talk to you about your holiday. Our aim, is to provide the best experience available in our business and whilst we are proud to have been the only recipients to date of the five star rating under the ‘Holiday Village’ category operated by ‘Visit Britain’ – we prefer to judge ourselves by the comments and compliments received from our most important judges – you, our Guests.
