Palms Health & Fitness Club is the perfect environment to switch off and take some time out. With facilities including 2 Indoor Pools, Sauna, Steam Room, Cardio-Vascular Gym, Techno Gym and Weights Room, Sound Therapy Chairs, Aqua Massage Beds, Relaxation Chairs and Vertical Tanners. Residents are welcome to use all the facilities for free. Although a small charge is applied for Cardio-Vascular Gym Inductions and the use of Vertical Tanning Units.
