You can be assured your event will be set in a inspirational setting with first class facilities and a dedicated professional on hand at all times to ensure a memorable event to meet your needs and expectations.

Potters' new hospitality suite has been purpose built to cater for all your needs, from a light lunch for colleagues or friends, to a Gala Dinner or Conference for up to 360 people.

Suggested number of delegates per room dependent upon room layout/requirements*:-

• Zest Room 1 50-279 delegates
• Zest Room 2 25-136 delegates
• Zest Room 3 10-85 delegates
• Zest Rooms 1, 2, and 3 used together 100-500 delegates

• Room Hire Only - Half Day 2hrs-4 hrs between 06:30-13:00, 13:00-18:00 Zest 1 £250, Zest 2 £200, Zest 3 £175
• Room Hire Only - Full Day 5-10hrs between 06:30-18:00 Zest 1 £500, Zest 2 £400, Zest 3 £350
• Room Hire Only - All 3 Zest Rooms together £1,000 per day or £550 per half day.

Technical equipment available at extra cost - please advise requirements for a quote.

We have a wide range of activities on site, from Clay Pigeon Shooting to Karting that can complement your conference or meeting schedule, or can be enjoyed as a stand-alone team or family action event.
