The short break programme that we run are designed to offer a wide selection of different types of breaks to suit everybody’s needs. Outside the traditional school holidays there is an extensive range of activity and show breaks, including bowls breaks, 60’s one-night specials and top comedians and music acts.
What makes Potters short breaks unique is that we run a full programme of activity right throughout the year, from hosting the World Bowls Championships in January to Magic of the 80’s in August.
For holidaymakers looking for a short break that includes the opportunity to visit some of Norfolk’s fine attractions and countryside Potters is also a perfect base. The resort is on the edge of one of the county’s top beaches and is only a short drive from the traditional seaside towns of Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft.
A bit further afield are the Historic City of Norwich and the Broads. Norwich, only half an hour from the resort is an lovely provincial city, famous for its Colmans mustard, cobbled streets and its Norman castle – the city has also recently become of the UK’s top ten shopping destinations.
For those outdoor enthusiast The Broads, which has recently be designated a National Park, is the UK’s largest protected wetland and is only 10 minutes drive from Potters. You can explore the waterways by boat or foot and take in the unique wildlife in unspoilt natural surroundings.
