Keep the kids entertained during the summer with Football Coaching and a host of other sports and leisure facilities. In the evenings enjoy performances from Potters Theatre Company including the comedy team.
No one will have the chance to say ‘I’m bored’ on this jam-packed Summer break with Sports Coaching available in Football, plus a variety of other activities including archery, snooker, laser clays, table tennis or climbing wall.
Carry on the fun well into the evenings with incredible entertainment from Potters Theatre Company as they perform one of their latest productions. Plus late-night cabaret-style entertainment in the Terrace Bar and a disco in VIPs.
After a full day of festival activities and family fun rest your head on a comfy pillow and get a good night’s sleep. Just don’t sleep too long… there’s plenty more fun to keep you going!

Specific Room Requests
Our reservations team will ensure that the room you are allocated matches your party’s requirements. However, if you would like to secure a specific room for your break, a nominal charge of £12 per room, per break will be applied.
Extend Your Break
You can make even more of your short break away by booking an early check-in. For only £10 per room, per break, we will get our housekeepers to prepare your room first so that you can settle in a few hours earlier.
Beds so comfy you’ll want to take one home
All our rooms feature exclusively commissioned Potters beds, by royal-appointed bedmakers, Sleepeezee. Just ask at Reception for a brochure if you’re interested in purchasing one of our dreamy Sleepeezee beds for your own home.
Please Note: As we are continually upgrading rooms, we cannot guarantee that all grades will be exactly as illustrated. We can however guarantee that you will be allocated an appropriate and/or equivalent standard room. Accommodation is serviced daily (except Bungalows on Sundays).
- What time can I check in?
Standard check-in time is 2:00pm, except Sunday’s when it’s 5:00pm.
Did you know? Early check-in is available for an additional charge of just £10.00 per room.
- Can I have lunch on my day of arrival?
If you book a meal in advance in the Gallery Restaurant, it is £8.95 per adult, or £10.95 if booked on the day.
Why not enjoy lunch in the Terrace Bar on the day of your arrival? The Terrace Bar is open between midday and 4:00pm and serves a range of tasty lunchtime sandwiches and hot snacks for a small charge.
- Will there be tea and coffee facilities in my room?
All rooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities.
- Do I need to bring towels?
All bathrooms are supplied with towels. However, if you’re planning a dip in one of the swimming pools, extra towels will be required, unless you are staying in a penthouse suite, deluxe or four poster accommodation where sports towels are provided.
- Are hairdryers available?
The majority of rooms, excluding standard bungalows, are equipped with a hairdryer. Hairdryers can be hired from Reception for a £10.00 refundable deposit.
- Is there a fridge in my room?
Bungalow plus rooms and hotel rooms include coolers / fridges.
Fridges can be hired for £2.50 a day.
- What if I forget to pack something?
If you forget to pack something or find that there’s any extras you need when you arrive at Potters Resort, there is a well-stocked shop, or speak to Reception and we’ll do our best to help. Reception is open daily from 8:00am to 10:00pm.
- What other facilities do you have on Resort for some pampering?
Offering an extensive choice of beauty therapy, alternative holistic, sports therapy and cosmetic enhancement, Aphrodite Beauty Studio treatments are administered by fully qualified therapists and specialists. - What meals are included?
You will be allocated a table for the duration of your stay in either the Garden Restaurant or the Gallery Restaurant.
You will be served breakfast, lunch, dinner and a midnight dish for each full day of your stay. You’ll receive dinner on check-in and breakfast on your day of check-out.
- What about other drinks throughout my stay?
Standard drinks are not included in the cost of this break. There are numerous bars open throughout Resort, as well as a gift shop selling a range of cold drinks.
- I have special dietary requirements. Will these be catered for?
If you have any dietary requirements such as gluten free, vegetarian or vegan, or have any allergies, please do inform us at the time of booking so that we are prepared.
- I have limited mobility. Will this be a problem?
Bungalow accommodation is on one level between the hotel and the Sea, while hotel rooms are situated over three floors. Please advise at time of booking if you require a ground floor room and of limited mobility.
Wheelchairs are available to hire from Reception for £3.00 per day together with a £20.00 refundable cash deposit.
Disabled parking bays are available in our car parks around Resort. Please display your blue badge.
Mobility scooters are available to hire for £12.50 per day.
