We’re hearing from you for this blog as we reveal the top 10 things that guests say about Potters on TripAdvisor…
Nigel C - Potters has a reputation for top class service and it was provided to us every step of the way, from making a reservation by telephone to our departure from the Resort. Whatever it is that is used to train staff should be bottled and sold, as everyone is so cheerful, pleasant and helpful, without ever being patronising…we didn't want to leave but know that we will be going back!
Bri49209 - From the moment we walked into reception we received the warmest of welcomes. All the staff are friendly and helpful and do their utmost to make your stay a wonderful experience…in my opinion the nearest you will get to a luxury cruise ship experience on dry land.
Memories to treasure
Paula K - Just arrived home from Potters. We went for a week this year and just managed to fit in all the day time entertainment. We have come home with the most wonderful memories… thank you to all the staff.
A L - Myself, my cousin and my grandparents have been going to Potters for 15 years, however we are not the longest attending family by a long way! This is testament to the service and enjoyment received at the Resort. The staff always remember us and make a point to make us feel special and welcome. I have been attending from the age of 10 until 25 and I have enjoyed every holiday regardless of my age. Potters is a special place to make memories with loved ones. I myself will always remember the good times had here and look forward to the many more to be had.
West End quality entertainment
Lee H - This is the first time that we had visited Potters and such a shame we haven't been there before. We went as a family of 10 ranging from 13 years to 76 years. The entertainment is the best I've seen in a British Resort and could easily have been watching a West End show. Then at the after party in the Terrace Bar there are some amazing singers, in particular Aaron and Roxy. Literally a human jukebox and happy to sing any request. We had such a great time that we are actually booked to return again the same week next year. I would highly recommend going to Potters… you won't be disappointed.
Fairyqueen - We must applaud all the entertainment staff, especially the performances we enjoyed in the Atlas Theatre. The Potters Theatre Company excelled themselves every night and worked so hard… it is breath taking. Great choice of music and up to date songs that you can sing along to.
Jayne H - The first thing that most people want to know about an all-inclusive holiday is the standard and quantity of food, so let’s start there...WOW. The food was beautiful, the choice was massive, and no one is ever left. For the very small amount of time we spent in the room, it was absolute decadent luxury. Facilities and activities... I struggle to think of something that was not there, that we might or others might hope to find. SO much going on for literally everyone, and that was the beauty, you saw children hopping on Segways with Nans and Grandads joining in, then Mums and Dads racing each other on the inflatable assault course. The pool is wonderful, which is a massive part of our holiday as my son is a water baby through and through. Everything was open to everyone, and it’s that aspect of inclusivity that is often overlooked in other Resorts. The biggest and most incredible aspect of the Potters Resort however HAS to be its staff. Nothing is too much trouble, they are all caring, compassionate, thoughtful, fun loving, adventurous and ridiculous in equal measure. My son has autism and the time they took with him was fantastic, the care they took and the understanding brought me to tears on more than one occasion.
Lots of activities
May103 - We were a party of nine, ranging from 6-82 years. The entertainment was West End quality. Mark Brewer was fab and we loved the last night with flags… that really made it feel like the last night at the proms. Activity wise there was something for us all, from table tennis, Segways, the climbing wall, Zumba, yoga, swimming pool, pony cycles, assault course, crazy golf etc… too many to name. My six year old didn’t go to Kids’ Clubs as there was just too many other things to try. One day they even had an old fashion fair that we all had candy floss and popcorn at free…another night had a chocolate fountain. I was worried about the 18 year old and 22 year old enjoying themselves, but no need to worry as I only saw them at meal times…entertainment, at fitness and dance classes, dancing until early hours and midnight feasting. We even won on bingo and reception raffle. We walked on beach and all in all had a brilliant week. We will be back. Thank you.
Lots of laughs
Lynn T - We have been to Potters numerous times over the past 24 years, and It just gets better and better. The entertainment is first class. You are given a packed itinerary programme on arrival and this includes your meal times. The food is so good and there’s so much choice. The staff are so helpful throughout the Resort and our holiday was packed full of daily activities and laughs! If you don’t know Mark Brewer yet, then you soon will. That man and his team are such an all-rounded bunch, bringing laughs, fun and joy where ever they are. Top bloke, top team, top Resort!
Caters for all
Christina L – Family ages from 1 to 73 and we had a fantastic time with our family, with great food and entertainment. The best time… grandchildren cried as didn’t want to leave! When my daughter asked her son, who was crying, what are you missing at Potters, he said our family, the sports and games there. I am missing Mark Brewer!
Trenton F - I use Potters Resort for family breaks, breaks with friends and as a quick getaway for me and the wife. No matter what the break is it’s always relaxing and great every time I go. I feel like I'm going home and all
