Ranked 
Mark Royal has consistently been in the top 16 of the World Bowls Tour Rankings since 2003, and reached a career high of world number 2 in 2009 on the back of a really strong couple of seasons on the tour.
It was in that period that Mark claimed the first of his World Bowls Tour singles victories, taking the 2008 Welsh International Open title with a win over Greg Harlow. He added a second in 2011 with victory against Scotland's David Gourlay.
Mark can now call Greg a work colleague as he's part of the expert bowls team at Potters Resort, and manages the Resort's popular Bowls Roadshows.
