Our All-Inclusive Breaks have been designed with your safety in mind, and adhere to all government guidelines. The majority of our facilities are currently open, but are of course subject to any changes of these guidelines. While the Resort is a safe space for you and our staff, our guests have a responsibility to observe all the additional safety measures that we have put in place.

We will be hosting permitted entertainment in venues across Resort. Guidance for indoor performances is particularly strict but you can be assured of high quality entertainment, day and night.

Our breaks are full board from dinner on arrival day to breakfast on departure. Breakfast will be served between 8.30 and 10.30am and dinner between 6.00 and 7.30pm. During the day, you can order from our All-Day Menu between 11.00am and 4.00pm.

Your party will be dining in our main Garden Restaurant, where tables will be socially distanced and the capacity will be reduced.

Drinks are inclusive from 3.00pm on arrival day, and from 8.30am on each full day of your break, up until 10.30am on your departure day. By law our bars currently close at 10 pm each night, but we will advise you prior to your break what governmental guidance is applicable. We actively discourage irresponsible drinking and so drinks with ultra-high alcohol by volume or caffeinated drinks such as shots, liquors and energy drinks are not included. Further information can be found on your booking confirmation.

You will receive your booking confirmation via email shortly and a pre-arrival email around three days before your break. Both contain important information about your stay with us. We would kindly ask you to read through them both thoroughly and call us with any questions you may have.

If any member of your party feels unwell with any Coronavirus symptoms prior to your booked break, we ask that they follow government guidance and advise us of their cancellation. This is covered by your included Coronavirus Booking Guarantee.
