Breaks are full board which means a hearty breakfast, delicious lunch and a three-course evening dinner on each full day of your stay.

Drinks are inclusive from 3.00pm on arrival day, and from 8.30am on every full day until close of bars, and up until 10.30am on your departure day. We actively discourage irresponsible drinking which means drinks with ultra-high alcohol by volume or caffeinated drinks such as shots, liquors and energy drinks are not included.

This Break features entertainment and activities specifically designed with adults in mind. While we do not exclude families and children, it’s unlikely you’ll experience too many little ones during your stay.

Within 24 hours of booking, you will be assigned an arrival time that will range between 3pm-5pm. Please arrive within 15 minutes either side of your allocated check in time slot, as advised on your booking confirmation. So, if your booking confirmation states a 15:00 check in, you should aim to arrive between 14:45 and 15:15. In all circumstances, keys for accommodation will not be available before 15:00.

You will receive your booking confirmation via email shortly after confirming your booking, and a pre-arrival email around five days before your break. Both contain important information about your stay with us. We would kindly ask you to read through them both thoroughly and call us with any questions you may have.
