Our team will be handling claims on a break by break basis, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. Please only complete the form if your need for a refund is urgent, bearing in mind it is possible to move your money to a new break or hold as a future credit.

  • You are happy to be contacted by the team in due course.

  • You are aware it may take up to 14 days for the team to get in touch.

  • You are aware it will take 3-5 working days for a credit/debit card refund to appear in your account once actioned.

  • You are aware if you originally paid by cheque, this may take 7-10 working days for a BACS payment to appear in your account.

  • You are aware that once refunded, you will not receive any discount currently offered when moving to an alternative short break.
